Suggestions for my obese nephew

(24 Messages)

My 15 yr old nephew Josh is visiting for a week with his mom. Josh is 5' 6" and 210 lbs. He like to sit and play video games or read. About the only time he gets up is to eat or go to the bathroom. His mom is all for him losing weight, but with no success. Any suggestions on what I could do to nudge him (without being obnoxious)? At the rate he's going he may be 300 lbs plus by age 30. When we go out to eat he orders fried chicken and wolfs it down plus french fries.
