***ociated Features and Disorders : Individuals with Antisocial Personality Disorder frequently lack empathy and tend to be callous, cynical, and contemptuous of the feeling, rights and suffering of others. They may have an inflated and arrogant self-appraisal (e.g., feel that ordinary work is beneath them or lack a realistic concern about their concern about their current problems or their future) and may be excessively opinionated, self-***ured, or cocky. ........
may fail to be self-supporting, may become impoverished or even homeless, or may spend many years in penal institution. Individuals with Antisocial Personality Disorder are more likely than people in the general population to die prematurely by violent means (e.g. suicide, accidents, and homicides) Individual with this disorder may also experience dysphoria, including complaints of tension, inability to tolerate boredom, and depressend mood. They may have ***ociated Disorder, Pathological Gambling , and other disorders of impulse control. Individuals with Antisocial Personality Disorder also often have personality features that meet criteria for other Personality Disorders, particularly Borderline, Histrionic and Narcissistic Personality Disorders. The likelihood of developping Antisocial Personality Disorder in adult life increased if the individual experienced an early onset of Conduct Disorder (before age 10 years) and accompanying Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Child abuse or neglect, unstable or erratic parenting, or inconsistent parental discipline may increase the likelihood that conduct disorder will evolve into Antisocial Personality Disorder.

that p.645 (I'm only at 393) This describe a big part of me. I didn't know it was Antisocial Personality Disorder. I'm fighting this description really hard. I have to push to the opposite , caring too much for people to fight to fact that most of the time, I really don't care.
As long as there is still a part fighting this , I'm ok. However, I'm really afraid that the part of me that believe subconsciously in people is gonna die. If this happen, there will be nothing between me and .. the anger.

(mike post in murder)" There is no contest what is worst BDP or APD (Antisocial Personality Disorder) If there a constest .. I'll say for one of the first time in my life. I'd be happy to finish last.
When you can honestly say that the description of APD is a lot like yourself. There is no glory in it. :( The fact that I never had any remorse for the thing I did (I still think those people deserved it) caused me only problems.

In fact I just called my psychiatrist told her that I am having a little discussion with BPD''s over the net and wanted to clarify a few things... I asked her the difference between BPD and ASPD... You know hat she told me...interesting...
she told me that Personality Disorder traits so much overlap one another so that nowadays the current trend in modern psychiatry is no labels..yes my friends... we might manifest many traits of different PD's i.e some histrionic some narcissistic some ASPD some BPD. schizoid..some dependent....etc...
so what are we...himmmm we are some not so normal bunch:)))))))) regards Aybars P.S.: lets not hang up on labels...we are what we are:))))))))))9 ...
