Can anyone answer that one? I know someone whose house was broken into twice in the space of a week. She feels she knows who did it--a teenage kid whose mother lives down her street, whose grandfather used to live in the house she rents now. This kid broke away from a juvenile home very recently (while he was sitting by the door--shoes on and everything) and went on the lam.
