What happens if I tell the board to invest in youth development when my club already has top facilities and a youth academy.
Also, when you tell the board to expand the stadium, will the board use all the club's funds for the new stadium or will some money still be set aside for the day to day running of the club.

They will probably say no Club funds are sometimes used. Occationally the chairman will pay for it. If club funds are used, you lose lots of money.

Well Ilve NEVER EVER had a board accept any request for more funds or better facilities or anything so no point asking me. Pah, useless twats the lot of 'em (board members that is).

I asked my directors for improved training facilities and was told they were already making plans. Twelves months on, the training ground deteriorated from "needs major investment" to "awful". I reminded them and was "politely" warned.

"Jack Cake - The Artist formerly known as Reggie" ...
I beg to differ. :o) IMO, going from 'needs major investment' to 'awful' is an improvement. Haven't seen a list of the various types of training facilities in ranked order.
Cheers, Crunch
