Matthew B. Smith, MD Victoria Rivamonte, PsyD You almost killed me.
I have your ****ing guts.
I hope you lose your license to practice.
You go spend 2 years in prison, that will likely be better than the 2 years I just spent.
At least you will feel safe in prison.
At least you will safe in prison.
Make sure they take away your shoe laces, and sharp objects, for your own good, and that of others.

What do you take for migraine?
~ AB Dexadrine, my ADHD meds.
I have none.
I have written 5 docs for referrals.
And today I called Theodore Shapiro, MD, at Cornell seeking an appt. to resume my ADHD treatment of 6 years.
Leslie Seiden, MD, terminated treatment with me, refused to supply energency medication coverage until I can find another physician.
That endangers my health, both body and mind, to be cut off from the only medication that enabled me to function, after 6 years of treatment.
I am physically ill, now.
and a migraine is among many complications, resulting from the abrupt discontinuation of that psychotropic medication.
I need another ADHD physician.

Dear Dr. Carol Bernstein, MD: I am an adult woman with ADHD, 50 years old, and I have received treatment for my ADHD for 6 years. I originally sought treatment at the NYU Adult ADHD Clinic, and later received treatment from Matthew B. Smith, MD, for the past 6 years; and I was in psychotherapy with Victoria Rivamonte, PsyD.
For legal reasons, due to abuse, and other reasons, I terminated with Smith and Rivamonte in 2004.
I am presently seeking a competent ADHD professional to provide for my medication prescribing.
I have tried all the available ADHD medication, over the years, and what has worked for me the best is Dexedrine, 15-20 mg/day IR.
I am a professional medical writer. Previously, I was a volunteer for the NYU CSC website, and I authored pieces on ADHD, Gay Youth, Substance Abuse, etc. I worked with Anita Gurian, PhD, and Robin Goodman, PhD.
I am presently without an ADHD psychiatrist and ADHD medication, and it is very important that I resume my treatment and medication.
Because of legal reasons related to NYU Medical Center, it is likely unwise for me to seek care at NYU at this time, although I have no reservation using your dermatology department, the best in the world, Jerome Shupack, Donald Belsito, and Sherri Lagin have treated me over the years. Skin inflammation and disease is a neuro-component of my neurology. ADHD medication has help my psoriasis and other inflammatory skin disorders that are extremely painful and shameful.
Are you able to provide a referral, as I would like to resume my medication as soon as possible. I have my medical records, in hand, from treatment with Smith, and I hope I do not have to go through an extensive diagnostic process to resume my ADHD medication treatment.
I currently have no health insurance, and I am unemployed.
But it is imperative that I resume my medication, and it is difficult to find competent care that I can trust at this point in my life.
Many years ago, Sandra Chamson, PhD, was my psychotherapist, and she was wonderful in many ways. She likely saved me from losing all of my 9 Lives.
Many thanks for your ***istance and kindness.
I have a difficult fight ahead, and I need to get back on my ADHD medication as soon as possible, or I will not survive, nor will I flourish.
Sincerely, Virginia Hooper 401 East 34th St. 16GN NY NY 10016 Dear Dr. Barbara J. Coffey M.D.

Of course... kill a lady 'cause you don't like her Usenet activity. Or is it because her brain is chemically slightly different from yours?
That makes you a shining example of the 'psycho nut job'.. Mr. Rodgers.
I know, I know-- poinltess to even argue. Pointless to try to drive a point between your beady little eyes. For that matter, pointless to even read your posts.
But I suspect you'll miss the point by a long shot anyway.
