Dear Child Protective Services: As a parent I was shocked and horrified at the sight of the Entertainer Michael Jackson, dangling his 9 month old infant over the railing of a 4th story hotel balcony, in Berlin.
I am writing out of concern for the safety and welfare of Michael Jackson's children.
Mr. Jackson has already admitted wrong doing ,and that he recklessly endangered the life of the infant.
While he may, or may not have intentionally endangered the life of the child, it is imperative to know if there is a repeated pattern of reckless endangerment, and critical lapses of judgment on the part of Mr. Jackson when caring for his children.
Therefore I am requesting that Child Protective Services, execute it's duties under the laws of the state of California, and conduct a thorough investigation into the health, welfare, and safety, of Michael Jackson's Children.
