Jackson Recovery - Halfway House Jackson Recovery Centers has two residential halfway houses, Grandview House for adult males and Marienne Manor for adult females. These separate facilities are for those who have been effected by the disease of addiction and could benefit from short-term living in a semi-structured atmosphere. WA tightens work release rules Under work release, low-risk offenders spend the last portion of their sentence under partial confinement, living in residential settings. The Corrections Department runs 15 work-release centers in the state; private contractors run all but two of them.
