... something that's just running in the back of my mind ... and is brought to the front every time I see or hear something like what Annie has seen. I imagine its a difficult thing to do ... but it is something I could see myself doing at some point in time.... I just don't know when or if the right time will ever present itself. Anyone out there a foster parent? If so, would you recommend it to others? My wife and I have been considering it for a LONG time now. It seems there are a LOT of kids in this area that do not get the love that a human requires. any input? David
