In 1995 in the United States, 4124 whites were murdered by whites, while 699 whites were murdered by blacks.
In that same year, 4422 blacks were murdered by blacks, 281 blacks were murdered by whites.

The vast majority of murders are intraracial not interracial.

The number is of course far greater.

Ohh, and another thing, which I DID NOT include was the ratio, Blacks are 13% of the entire US population, and if we adjust our figures accordingly, then what do we get ?
The ratio is (for Whites) 87% / 3% => 29, a relative high number, which means the 'crimeness' is divided on a large population.
For Blacks, it is 13% / 9% => 1.3 , which is alarming, the lower the number, means that criminal activity is relatively large (the population is relatively small vs they're participation in crime in general).
Ok, to find the ratio between the races, we'll see what we get if we divide 29 with 1.3 => 22.3 - this number shows that the Nigger-population has a 22.3 times greater chance of being involved with crime than Whites (in this case, hate-crimes involving murder).
And the second case (were we're looking at stranger homicide) is (Whites commiting hate-crimes against Blacks) 87% / 3% => 29.
And for Blacks the numbers shoud be higher than the first case (their participation is only 7% vs 9% in the first case) 13% / 7% => 1.8 hmmmm -
they did a little better, but they are still overrepresented here too.
If they were on an EQUAL level, they should score EXACTLY the same as Whites (29), and the resulting percentage would be 0.44% if they were on equal footing with Whites, which they are NOT.
The hate-crime index would be 29 / 1.8 => 15.6, which is lower than the 22.3 they scored at murder.
You loose, but it helps to brush up on your mathematics.
I could have made the calculations such that the higher the number, the higher the criminality, but it is just an inversion of the population percentage / criminal activity.

Yes, but you forgot that the chance of being a victim (if you're White) is 22.3 times higher if you meet a Black, than if you meet a White in a dark alley.

I am pointint out that your focus is on one of the least likely scenarios for being murdered.
