Anger Management 101!

(24 Messages)

I popped down to the local driving range last night to hit a few. A while later a guy arrives and sets up a few stalls from me. This guy is built like a huge block, with a neck like an ox. He has two clubs only and is still wearing work clothes, aka work safety boots, etc. He has about 150 balls in his basket. He puts down a ball and actually makes a decent swing. He then lets rip with an angry "F**********CK!!" after hitting his very first ball. His face went a few shades redder. I de ...

When someone is under pressure, they become vulnerable to all kinds of exploitation. When someone with sz is experiencing difficulties, people try to bring them back to something that presents like 'normal' and they will use all manner of methods to do that. I have gotten angry lots of times, and I post it here. I feel that nobody really bothers about my angry comments because I am not really considered to be 'one of the group'. But it was benefiicial 'to me' to post my comments, because I took ...

Atheism, Evolution, and anger management...

(25 Messages)

We've heard it a million times before... "Why do you hate / reject God?" "The Bible is the only source of morality." "Evolutionists are just God-haters." "This is a Christian country." Trolls who spam us with articles, then don't bo ...

Frosh need anger management Opinion amp AnalysisFrosh need anger management - Opinion & Analysis Frosh week has arrived, and we can hear it on every college campus at U of T. UC is shouting to Vic that "Vic's second choice!" Vic is hollering to St. Mike's "SMC, virgins cause they have to be!" St. Mike's is screaming at Trin that "Your Mother F***ed the Dean." Everyone is insulting the engineers. Frosh leaders encourage the newcomers to repeat the same chants outside Convocation Hall on New Students' day, at every campus pizza lunch, and even at the Sky Dome when rival colleges continue to hurl insults from opposite sides of the stadium. There ...

Crocks of gold Newcastle aren39t the only ones cursed asCrocks of gold Newcastle aren't the only ones cursed as Join the Sportingo Fantasy Football League now! Jose Mourinho blames them for Chelsea's failure to win the Premiership last season. And if it wasn't for a whole catalogue of them Newcastle might not have been so abject in recent years. Indeed, injuries play a huge part in a team’s season and it seems that they will always haunt particular clubs or players. But maybe, just maybe, these casualty crises are not the result of a Merlin jinx, as many fans tend to believe. What if they are related to how the players are trained ...

A stricken Pavel Nedved prone in the background. The photograph could symbolise the dark side of the Roy Keane playing years. A freeze frame, perhaps, of the popular perception of the Irishman's life. Confrontation. Provocation. Retribution. The image, taken at the Giants Stadium four years ago, is a flashback from the last occasion Sunderland's manager was involved in a pre-season match with yesterday's friendly opponents, Juventus, though that day he represented Manchester United. "They will be glad to know Keane is in the dugout ...

The high cost of cheap flightsThe high cost of cheap flights Aviation The high cost of cheap flights Leader Thursday August 2, 2007 The Guardian Chicken or beef? Picking an in-flight meal is pretty straightforward; public attitudes towards flying are anything but. So much was made clear yesterday. News that British Airways and Virgin Atlantic colluded to jack up airfares met with understandable outrage: how dare they add to the expense of flying? BA's punishment was a £121.5m fine in Britain and a further £148m in the US. Afternoon came and the aviation industry faced more opprobrium, as Heathrow airport took ...

I39m BaaaaackI'm Baaaaack! I made it back from summer camp around 1:00 in the morning yesterday. So now I'm back, doing laundry, cleaning house, and generally getting back to normal before I have to worry about going back to school in a few weeks. Camp was fun. The first week's group of kids seemed to be a bit more mature and seemed to "get it" a bit more, but overall they were a good group of kids. I did have one little guy who had already made a name for himself within the first two hours - this is rare in a camp for gifted kids. He was a terror. He did pretty ...

Excited For CampExcited For Camp!! OMG!!! I am SOOO excited to go on a summer camp on August . . . something. . . I forgot when it will be, but it's in August. My mom says we might go, but not 100% sure. I really want to go!! Why do I want to go you ask? It's because I LOVE summer, and outdoor activities! I don't go to camp to, you know, explore the nature. I made a list on what I need to do to have an awesome summer camp: Show off my awesome skateboarding skills. Am I a show off? Yeah, pretty much. Win in every sport activity, like, volleyball, badminton, skateboarding, etc. Swimming doesn't matter, ...

Important Bald Man CampImportant Bald Man Camp Important Bald Man Camp is where Important Bald Men from all over the country gather for a life-transforming six weeks at a secret riparian location in the foothills of the West Virginia Mountains. Activities include anger management role-playing, even more important bald men-lore, crafts (viz. scrimshaw but also lanyards), attention to detail competition, camp-outs, friendship fire, storytelling and songs, and skit night. Special guest speakers and campfire leaders are to be announced, but I wouldn’t be shocked to see Larry David there.

Upon arrival, each IBM is assigned to a category for what they most need to work on, based on their evaluation. These initial categories include worrying too much about employee incompetence, spending too much time crafting clear directions for employees, asking others to rely on common sense, caring about things, and fixing the mistakes of others.
