Re Special Education PaidRe: Special Education Paid It's not exactly the same, but my son was the victim of battery last month and the judge sentenced the teen who did it to a year of supervision, 24 hours of community service, and "anger management counseling in accordance with Social Services Department recommendations," and he has an order of protection to stay away from my son. I didn't ask specifically how the counseling would be carried out, but I think the judge's wording dictates it.
