Do you think you're different? Do you think that you're the only one that has a problem with sexual compulsivity? You are not alone. RECOVERY SUGGESTION # 3 - Get together with someone. Better yet, get together with a group. Best thing would be to get together with a group that shares your addiction. Remember to identify with these folks and their problem. You don't have to masturbate to the same website as everybody in the group, you just have to develop some empathy.

Hi all - After 20 years of drinking I found myself consuming a 30 pack every other day. Then I was diagnosed with Steato Hepatits. I kept on drinking (dumb!)..... Well, now I've moved to another state and decided to use the change in venue to help me quit. So far, so good. My Dr. perscribed me Librium to help but I'm almost out (I take one every day or so in the evenings if my tension spikes). Are there alternative herbs or meds to help me?
