Just turned 18. I've been lifting off and on since about 14, nothing steady.
I'm currently 5'10, 205. I've gained a ton of weight in the past 3 months. I mean atleast 20lbs. I eat terrible thought, Burger king, donuts, soda, red meat, and a ton of milk.
Should I continue to eat this way and lift, untill I start getting fat? Reason I'm asking is because I know its hard to gain muscle later on in life.

My opinion is that red meat and milk are good for you and it's hard to have too much of them. You may want to cut out the Burger King and donuts, though.
If you goal is to get bigger muscles, then lift hard and eat a lot.
Continue this until you start to feel that you are getting too fat, then cut back slightly on the calories.

All I know is that I used to be like you and still wish I was like you.
I'm 37 now and can't eat like that.
Why dont' you just forget the issue and enjoy yourself for a few years.

Keep the meat and the milk and drop the Burger King and donuts. Eat more wholesome and natural foods such as oats and grans and vegetables and fruits.

Without Burger King and donuts, I would waste away to a mere wisp of a ninja.

So you're telling me that you don't workout on a regular basis. You feed yourself garbage from fast food restaurants.
I doubt what you just gained was anything more than a spare tire.
You're telling me you're not fat yet despite gaining 20 pounds?

Dump the junk food except oc***ionally, say once a week. Eat lean meats , carbs, and vegetables. Most importantly, start exercising regularly.
Its all a matter of motivation. Will you kick your own *** if you do not follow through? If your answer is yes, then workout for a few months and write back for more detail suggestions from mfw.
