I'm looking for 14 days diet program. I want to start the program on Monday and 5 days a week cardio. My goal is to loose 5lb-10lb for my 8-pack.

where are the other 2? Above? Below? Someplace else. Are they also segments of the rectus abdominus or some other anatomic structure. Muscular or glandular? Other?

most people's rectus is divided into a 6 pack, tendinous insertions run down the middle and in between the packs to make 6 distinctly visual segmens. some people seem to get an extra 2 at the bottom, with an extra separation. It's not universal.

Damn people. It looks like you really helped me out with a good diet program. That's what I call a good help looool people don't you have anything else to do instead of just wasting your time. Anyway I found Atkins Diet. Who knows it might help me. If I loose 5lb, I'll be very happy so at least I could see my big 6 pack very clear. My abdominal area is very strong and huge and for the past 6 month I was thinking to loose some weight but you know how hard to be on diet after 5 days a week in health club. Ok guys, stop wasting your time and if you know any other or better diets besides Atkins diet let me know. I'm not looking for magic diet just the easiest one so I can come home and get everything from my fridge and prepare it instead of thinking how to prepare something difficult.

My goal is to loose at least 5lb of fat but if I loose 2lb-3lb of fat still a good progress for me. I want to stop working out for 2 weeks and just do cardio. I'm thinking about 2 hours of cardio a day and a good diet. Thanks for TDK and CKD advice. I will do research about them and hope to find more info before Monday. I'm just a little bit worried about 2 hours of cardio a day and a diet. I'm usually very hungry after workout and ready to kill anyone for the food :) but now I will have to keep my self in control for 2 weeks.

Um, dude. "14-days:10 pounds" vs "not looking for magic diet" does not compute. And "8-pack"?
I try very hard to give folks the benefit of the doubt and *I* thought you were trolling or joking.
There *is* no magic diet. The point of all the "diets" is to give people solutions to the question: how do I eat less? Cuz frankly, most folks don't have the imagination of a turnip when it comes to figuring out how to cook and eat healthy reasonable portions. They want the answers handed to them on a platter. So, <shrug> if Atkins helps you eat fewer calories, good on you. If South Park (or is it South Beach, whatever) diet helps you eat fewer calories, great! The part that actually *works* is that you are eating fewer calories. In the long run, your best bet is to learn *how* because otherwise, as soon as you go "off the diet", you'll gain it back... If you don't learn how to maintain a healthy eating and exercise lifestyle, no diet in the world is going to work for you.
Wanna see your "big strong" abs? (Why does this remind me of an ISO advert
- "see my big strong ...") It'll take longer than 14 days. Try googling for "cutting" and "bodybuilding". Not sure how long folks do that sort of thing before a meet - not into it myself. But Google has some nice hits on it. Looks like it takes longer than 14 days though...
Anyways - ask a silly question, get a silly answer. Sound like you're being serious and you'll be taken more seriously. And don't whine.

:) I'm not whining and let's just forget about 10lb. I said before my GOAL is to loose 5lb-10lb and If I loose 2lb-3lb of fat in 2 weeks I'll be very happy. Sorry If I made it sound a little bit different. I'm just looking for easy diet so I don't have to break my head of preparing some difficult meal. I don't know if it helps but here is a little background of me. I've been working out almost 2 years. 5-7 days a week. I do less cardio but a lot of weights. The only problem I have is some fat on my stomach. If I stretch the skin I can see my big packs. I know this is the hardiest part of the body to get rid of but I've decided to try harder to get rid of some fat after all I've been working out for a long time. hmm you just scared me a little bit and I know you are right. I might loose a lot of muscles. I'm right now about 162lb and I'm 5.10-5.9. What I might do just eat more eggs and more tuna fish to keep my protein intake high. I think if I start keeping my protein intake high I might save a little more muscles. What do you think about it?
