I've been lurking here for about a week, long enough to know this isn't the right place. But it's the only place I have found so far, so we'll give it a try anyway. My 15-year-old daughter is a singer and dancer. Just got involved with community theater, although she has done several high school musicals. Her goal is to dance professionally. I read a book recently about abusive husbands -- title of which I *can't* remember. It was written by a guy who leads workshops for men sentenced to "anger management" therapy and the like. OK, he's seen the worst of the worst and he's likely to have a unique perspective on marriage. Yet I did find his conclusions extremely interesting.
