All right, I'm an easy touch for people setting up movies, and I'll buy pretty near any premise at least for a start. Even given that, am I alone in thinking the short ``What About Juvenile Delinquency?'' is the center for, if not a great movie, at least a reasonably good one? Brat Camp TV Series all brat camps are not created equalBrat Camp TV Series - all brat camps are not created equal For parents who are not familiar with wilderness therapy, these types of programs have been around for decades. They are sometimes referred to as outdoor education programs. In the past few years there has been an explosion of start-up programs, some less worthy of parents' trust than others.
