All right, I'm an easy touch for people setting up movies, and I'll buy pretty near any premise at least for a start. Even given that, am I alone in thinking the short ``What About Juvenile Delinquency?'' is the center for, if not a great movie, at least a reasonably good one? Here we have a small city whipped into a frenzy by ``delinquents,'' a gang which accidentally attacks the father of one of their members, that kid trying to flee the gang, a city council ready to overreact ... Watching the opening episode, the most striking charactistic of these teens is an almost preternatural sense of entitlement.
